Frequently Asked Questions

An easy guide to the most frequently asked questions from practioners and their patients

How do patients receive their exercises ?

Your exercise prescription is created as a PDF document which can be printed off and given directly to your patient or emailed to them. Most smartphones now have PDF readers which means that your patients will be able to store their exercises across a range of devices for access anywhere and at any time. If their device doesn’t support PDFs, a PDF reader can usually be downloaded easily and for free.

Do patients have to register with your site.

No. Patients can access their exercise prescription PDFs without having to register. However if they would like to view them online or view any associated exercise videos they will need to register and create an account. Registering and using myclinicspace is free for patients.

Do patients have to pay to view videos ?

No. Patient registration and access is free. We do operate a fair usage policy (Terms of use) on viewing content but this is unlikely to be invoked under normal usage.

How many practitioners are allowed for each subscription ?

At the moment myclinicspace is for single practitioner use only. However we understand that many organisations employ multiple practitioners and it may be more economical for them if we offered a group subscription package. We are currently working on this and will let you know once this option is available.

How can I pay ?

Practitioners can pay by credit or debit card using PayPal. We do not store your card details. Myclinicspace is free for patients.

I have a problem. How do I contact you ?
